    Lucid Software is a leading provider of cloud-based visual productivity applications Lucidchart and Lucidspark. As an Associate Manager on the Content Marketing team, I focus on crafting meaningful messaging to help connect people with our products. Manage the Lucidspark blogsand our team of freelance contributors. Develop content for email marketing campaigns and product marketing campaigns. Headed up content for the release of Lucidspark in the fall of 2020 including crafting homepages, landing pages, and email content. Manage social media strategy.

  • B2B Marketing Writer / Finicity / May 2019 – January 2020

    Lead writer for a 12-page company website overhaul. Led content creation for UX flows, blog posts, social media, and research-driven white papers as well as sales materials (emails, lead gen campaigns, sales video scripts, infographics, and presentations).

  • Instructor, Writing Tutor, Assistant Archivist / Penn State Harrisburg / July 2018 – July 2019

    INSTRUCTOR: Designed and developed an Introduction to American Folklore class. Created the syllabus, assignments, assessments, schedule, in-class materials and taught the course. WRITING TUTOR: Worked with students one-on-one to support their development as writers and as critical thinkers across the writing process and on academic and professional documents. ASSISTANT ARCHIVIST: Processed items, curated archival exhibits, performed basic archive maintenance, maintained finding aids and inventories, and helped patrons with requests.

    Owned and operated my own birth doula and childbirth educator business. Managed all digital and print marketing, public outreach, communications, and finances. Coached and supported birthing families during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.
